I'm a Gwinnett-based Postpartum Doula, and I've been in the world of childcare and nannying for almost half my life. Choosing to grow my skillset to offer postpartum support to families has been the most natural expansion of my career I could have dreamed of! Whether your main goal postpartum is to get some much needed sleep, to be guided through the basics of infant care, breastfeeding support, or just to have someone to chat and share a meal with, I would be honored to walk alongside you and offer that support! My passion is to meet you and your family exactly where you are on your parenting journey, and make you feel seen, heard, valued, and encouraged.
I strongly believe that the power of genuine acceptance, support, and encouragement during the early postpartum period can be pivotal in the confidence and assurance of your family going forward. My dream is for us to achieve your "dream postpartum" as closely as we are able. I am Gwinnett based, but my service area includes Fulton, Dekalb, Forsyth, Rockdale, Walton, Barrow, and parts of Hall. In other terms, my service radius is 50 miles from my zip code - this means if you live further than this, there will be an additional travel fee to my personal fee.
I am a Christian, but am happy to work with all sorts of families from all kinds of faiths, backgrounds, and life choices. Are you married, religious, single, or agnostic? Let's talk about how that might impact the type of care you wish to receive. A judgement free environment for postpartum recovery is imperative, and I strive to offer that support at all times.

Emotional Support
Need to vent, cry, yell, be unapologetically excited, ask a million and one questions, or tell me all about that birth story for the 15th time? Count me in! I'm here to be present in your highs, your lows, and everything in between. Your feelings won't scare me!
Physical Support
Whether you want the laundry done, snacks prepped, or baby and siblings watched so you can shower, I'm your girl! I offer light housework, sibling support, and some light meal+snack prep.
Informational Support
Consider me your professional generalist for all things postpartum and infant care. I'll teach you what "normal" looks like so you know when you may need to call in the specialists!
